The majority of our assignments focus on establishing programmatic joint venture partnerships between real estate investors and quality sponsors for multiple projects. Through our extensive and proprietary network of equity investors, we are able to offer our clients a highly-competitive process and access to the most aggressive domestic and foreign capital available in the market.
White Oak offers a specific focus on alternative financing structures, such as commercial bridge lending, residential acquisition and development loans, construction financing, land loans, financing for adaptive reuse projects, mezzanine and preferred equity investments, subordinated and participating debt, and non-recourse options and structures. Given our vast network of financing relationships, which include numerous debt funds, family offices, CMBS lenders, high net worth individuals, banks, and private lenders, White Oak is able to offer an array of solutions for each transaction.
Acquisitions & Development
White Oak Real Estate Advisors actively invests in commercial and residential real estate assets that can be acquired at an attractive basis and offer superior risk-adjusted returns relative to the market. With a specific focus on opportunistic equity investments in the $2 to $20 million range, White Oak will invest directly in the acquisition or development of quality real estate projects within our target markets. White Oak is also active in the ground-up development of self-storage facilities and RV parks and currently owns over 400,000 square feet of Class A self-storage in the Southeast.
